ご注文後、メーカーへ正式手配を行うため、一般的な国内在庫商品と納期体系が異なります。
注文後の修正・取り消しを受付できかねます。
■ 納期について
商品ページに記載の納期は、過去実績およびメーカー情報をもとにした目安となります。実際のお届け時期は、生産状況・国際物流・通関・配送事情等により変動する場合がございます。
ご注文後、メーカーへの確認が完了次第、当店より【注文確認メール】にて予定納期をご案内いたします。
なお、家具商品の製作・輸送には通常2〜3か月程度お時間をいただいております。
メーカー都合、天候、物流混雑、通関遅延、社会情勢等の不可抗力により、納期が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
■ ご注文後のキャンセルについて
当店の商品は受注発注商品のため、ご注文完了後のキャンセル・変更は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、メーカー手配状況により、当店およびメーカー双方が対応可能と判断した場合に限り、キャンセルを承る場合がございます。
その際は、発生済み費用等として下記手数料をご負担いただきます。
メーカー正式手配前：ご注文金額の10％
メーカー生産開始後：ご注文金額の50％
なお、製作進行状況によっては、キャンセル自体をお受けできない場合がございます。
■ 納期遅延を理由としたキャンセルについて
納期はあくまで予定となり、確約ではございません。
そのため、「入居日に間に合わない」「使用予定日に間に合わない」等の理由によるキャンセルにつきましても、お客様都合として対応させていただく場合がございます。
また、生産開始後のキャンセルにつきましては、進行状況に応じたキャンセル費用が発生いたします。
■ 返金処理について
返金処理には、ご利用の決済会社・カード会社の締め日等によりお時間をいただく場合がございます。
返金タイミングに伴うクレジットカードの引き落とし、残高不足、手数料等につきまして、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
ご注文完了時点で、上記内容に同意いただいたものとしてお取引を進行させていただきます。

玄関先引き渡し：玄関先で商品の受け渡しを行う通常の宅配便です。
部屋内に搬入希望の場合、有料プラン【組立設置サービス】ご利用ください。

搬入
ご注文の前には、商品梱包が玄関・階段の幅・踊り場・部屋の間口等を通るかどうかを予めご確認くださいますようお願いたします。
搬入ルートや搬入可否に関しては、弊社では判断難しいため、ご回答は専門業者にお問い合わせください。
