01 Delivery
Products will be shipped by our affiliated delivery company.
Please note that you cannot specify the delivery company or delivery date and time.
Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations even if we cannot meet your desired delivery date.
Delivery is to the front door. Unpacking, assembly, and packaging material removal will incur additional charges.

・Direct pickup at our warehouse

Please note that we will not be able to accommodate requests on our regular holidays.
02 Delivery Date and Time
As it takes time for ordered furniture to arrive, it is not possible to specify a desired delivery date and time.
After your order is confirmed, we will arrange for the production of the product. Once it is ready for shipment, we will notify you by email.
In-stock items can be shipped in about one week.
For ordered items, please check each product page.
Delivery may be delayed due to product stock status or delivery congestion.
In such cases, we will arrange for delivery on the earliest possible date.
★★Delivery of multiple products★★
All products will be delivered together on the earliest possible date. However, if there are significant delays in delivery due to out-of-stock items, etc., deliveries may be split into multiple shipments.
In such cases, we will consult with you about the arrangement via email or phone.
