We will store your purchased furniture items with care for up to three months free of charge from the date of purchase.
Storage Period: Three months free from the order date
Payment will be processed at the time of order confirmation, regardless of the payment method.
★Exchanges, cancellations, or returns of items using the storage service are not accepted.
How to Use:
When placing your order, please write "[Storage Request]" and "[Desired Delivery Date]" in the remarks section.
Example: Requesting storage service. Scheduled for shipment in mid-March.
★Even if your desired date is not yet decided, we will store the item for you if you write "Storage Request".
Once your desired date is decided, please contact us as soon as possible (at least 15 days before your desired arrival date).
★Please note that delivery dates may vary during peak seasons such as moving season or year-end/New Year holidays.
★If you wish to store items for more than three months, it is possible for a fee. The fee is 5,000 yen per item per month (approximately 161 yen per day).
