For large furniture items, if a breakdown or defect due to manufacturing flaws occurs within one year from the delivery date, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
However, you may be responsible for shipping costs and other fees.
Please note that depending on the condition of the product, we may send you parts or components for you to handle the repair yourself.
*Exchanges for initial defects are limited to within 7 days of product arrival. (Please be sure to check within 7 days.)
*We cannot be held responsible (financially or otherwise) for accidents or damages incurred due to product defects during use.
If you choose compensation through a "discount" at your request, subsequent warranty services such as free exchanges or repairs will not be covered. Please note that discount compensation is offered as a final resolution and cannot be combined with warranty coverage.
Regarding the Warranty Certificate
No warranty certificate is included.
When contacting us, the order information stated in the email sent after your purchase will be required, so please keep it as a substitute for the warranty certificate.
Regarding Warranty Coverage
For furniture used in a household, if a breakdown occurs under normal usage conditions in accordance with the precautions on the labels attached to the product, we will repair or replace parts.
However, please note that in the following cases, repairs/exchanges will be charged even within the warranty period.

・Breakdown or damage due to incorrect assembly methods ・Failure to follow precautions in the instruction manual or warning labels. ・Breakdown or damage due to improper repairs or modifications. ・Malfunctions due to special conditions of the installation location (e.g., mold, misalignment of doors due to floor傾斜). ・Damage or malfunction caused by relocation or transportation after delivery. ・Breakdown or damage when used for non-domestic purposes (commercial use). ・Scratches on the exterior, deterioration of appearance such as upholstery and painted parts, changes in wood quality, or natural discoloration. ・General aging, warping, or cracking of natural solid wood. ・Deformation or discoloration due to direct sunlight, heating/cooling equipment, or heat from other electrical products. ・Cases that do not affect functionality or performance. ・Aging deterioration due to use, such as wear and tear, scratches, dirt, color fading, and flattening of sofa cushions. ・If the product was purchased from a store other than ours. ・If you choose discount compensation. |
Disclaimer & Precautions
We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage or stains to surrounding objects such as floors or walls that occur during normal use, provided the product has no defects.
If you arrange your own product assembly service and the work cannot be completed due to product defects or if reassembly/reinstallation is required, we cannot cover those costs.
Exchanges for products other than the purchased item are not possible. It may take the same amount of time for replacement products/parts to be delivered as for the initial delivery.
If the target product is out of stock, we will arrange an exchange after it becomes available or accept a return (refund).
For repairs, the appearance of the product may change due to parts availability. Products past their warranty period can be repaired for a fee, but this may not be possible depending on the manufacturer's circumstances (e.g., discontinuation of production).
Maintenance and repairs for consumable parts, natural wear and tear, and age-related changes will be charged. Please contact us for a quote.

Precautions during Assembly
Although our products are designed with safety in mind, injuries due to carelessness during assembly work or damage caused during the work are not covered by the warranty or compensation. When assembling, please follow the included instructions and proceed with caution. Furthermore, we recommend that two or more people handle tools and lift heavy parts to avoid strain.
