01 About Delivery
Delivery is to the entrance only. Installation and assembly are to be carried out by the customer.
*Additional charges may apply for crane-assisted delivery.
If movement to an area other than the entrance is required, please handle it yourself.
Some self-assembly products may have an assembly service available. Please refer to each product page for details.
If assembled products are left unpackaged for a long time after delivery, parts may deform (this is not a defect). Please assemble them as soon as possible.
Before ordering, please confirm in advance whether the product packaging can pass through the width of the entrance/stairs, landings, room doorways, etc.
Even if installation/assembly is desired, delivery may not be possible due to the size of the furniture, so please check the delivery route.
*Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns if delivery was not possible due to a narrow delivery route.
02 Route Confirmation
1.Product Size
Please check the dimensions when packaged or the width (W), height (H), and depth (D) of the product.
Also, check if the product can be tilted.
It is recommended to allow at least 10 cm of clearance in all directions (top, bottom, left, right) when determining delivery feasibility.

2.Elevator Size
If there is an elevator, please check its size thoroughly.

If the product can be tilted, it may be possible to bring it in horizontally and then place it vertically inside the elevator. If a turn is required when exiting the elevator, please also refer to "4. Passageways/Hallways/Doors" below.
*Large furniture is difficult to deliver if the width is less than 0.8M or the height is less than 2.1M.

3Stairs
Delivery may not be possible if the ceiling height is insufficient. Especially on landings, enough height is needed to stand the product upright. Please be particularly careful with spiral or right-angle stairs.
1. Stair dimensions and absence of obstacles such as handrails and lighting.
2. For stairs with turns, the dimensions of the landing are important.
*For spiral stairs or when turning furniture on a landing, the ceiling height of the landing must be greater than the longest part of the packed size.
*Large furniture is difficult to deliver if the stair width is less than 1M.

4Passageways/Hallways/Doors
The effective width of passageways and hallways is a particularly important point.
If there are corners, the diagonal width is also a key factor.
To navigate corners, the product must be turned diagonally.
Even in places where corner turning is difficult, delivery may be possible if there is sufficient ceiling height.
It is important whether the door opens more than 90° and whether there is enough space from the doorknob to the wall when opened. Delivery may not be possible due to the door structure, even if the passageway is wide enough.
*Large furniture is difficult to deliver if the front door width is less than 0.8M or the passageway width is less than 1M.

03 About Assembly and Installation
In principle, delivery will be to your doorstep, but this is a paid service available for single items for customers who wish to use them immediately. (Separate shipping from other products.)
If you wish to use this service, please select "Use + ¥10,000 separate charge" under the [Unpacking/Assembly/Installation Service] option on each product page when placing your order, then add the item to your cart and proceed with the order. Please note that additional assembly requests after placing an order may not be accepted.
Depending on your residence and delivery area, delivery may not be possible.
Please note that delivery with assembly is not available for Okinawa Prefecture or remote islands.
