01 About the Ordering Process
(1) On the product page, select the required items, and the price corresponding to the size will be automatically displayed.
(2) Select the desired product and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
(3) If there are no issues with the quantity, size, etc., proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Please only fill in any contact details if necessary.
(4) After completing all fields including contact information, delivery address, shipping method, and payment, click the "Pay Now" button.
*Separate shipping fees will be charged for deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands.
*A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to shipping costs or other reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
(5) Once the order is successfully completed, your order number will be displayed on the screen. A "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
* All emails from our company will be sent from the bestkagu.com domain.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please change your settings to allow receipt of these emails.
* Although we send an automatic email to notify you that we have received your order application, this email is only to inform you of its receipt and does not signify our acceptance. Due to product specification changes, discontinuation, or stock availability, we may not be able to accept your product purchase application. We appreciate your understanding.
02 About the Transaction Process
After your order is confirmed, we will arrange for procurement. Unless there are product specification changes or discontinuations, we will not send any communication until shipment. We will notify you via a shipment notification email as soon as your order is ready for shipment.* We do not accept reports by phone or other means.
03 Cancellation and Content Changes After Ordering
Our products are procured and produced after an order is placed by the customer, so returns, refunds, and cancellations after placing an order are generally not accepted. If you wish to cancel an order due to unavoidable circumstances, paid cancellations are accepted. The breakdown of charges is as follows:
- Before procurement: Cancellation fee of 10% of the payment amount
- After procurement: Cancellation fee of 50% of the product price
04 If You Do Not Receive an "Order Confirmation Email" After Placing an Order
Automatic emails may not be delivered due to an incorrect address, reception refusal settings, or automatic sorting settings in your registered email account.
Please check the above and verify that the email address you entered is correct.
Also, depending on your email service, emails from our company (@bestkagu.com) may be classified as spam or blocked.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and domain settings.
05 About Product Stock
Large furniture items listed on this site are sold simultaneously at multiple stores. Therefore, if orders for the same product are concentrated, the item may sell out at another store and become out of stock.
While we strive to update our stock information in real-time, please understand if an item is out of stock. For items that need to be ordered from the manufacturer, it may take several days to confirm stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and, regrettably, cancel your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in advance. Furniture items are subject to stock fluctuations, design changes, and discontinuation. In such cases, we will inform you by email and issue a full refund.
※Even after payment is completed, we may not be able to provide the ordered quantity of products, and your order may be canceled. In such cases, we will issue a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
