01 About Delivery
Delivery will be to your doorstep. Unpacking, assembly, and packaging material removal are not included.
We ship via delivery companies (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or direct from the manufacturer). If you specify a delivery company, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations or returns if we are unable to meet your desired delivery date or if the item cannot be carried into your home.
※If you choose the free or paid "unpacking and setup" service, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials will be performed.

02 About Delivery Date and Time
Due to the time it takes to deliver large furniture items (取り寄せ - special order), it is not possible to specify a desired delivery date and time when placing your order.
★★Delivery for multiple items★★
All items will be shipped together on the earliest possible delivery date.
However, if there is a significant delay in delivery due to out-of-stock items, etc., delivery may be split into multiple shipments.
In such cases, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss shipping arrangements.
03 About Shipping Costs
Shipping is 3,000 yen (tax included) per order.
※Separate additional shipping charges are required for deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, Kagoshima, and remote islands.

Exclusions: Incidental fees and charges, such as assembly work by the delivery company.
If you refuse to receive an item, are absent for an extended period, or request reshipment due to customer reasons, separate shipping fees will apply (including reshipping and redirection fees).
