■ ご注文後のキャンセルについて
当店の商品は受注発注商品のため、ご注文完了後のキャンセル・変更は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、メーカー手配状況により、当店およびメーカー双方が対応可能と判断した場合に限り、キャンセルを承る場合がございます。
その際は、発生済み費用等として下記手数料をご負担いただきます。
メーカー正式手配前：ご注文金額の10％
メーカー生産開始後：ご注文金額の50％
なお、製作進行状況によっては、キャンセル自体をお受けできない場合がございます。
■ 納期遅延を理由としたキャンセルについて
納期はあくまで予定となり、確約ではございません。
そのため、「入居日に間に合わない」「使用予定日に間に合わない」等の理由によるキャンセルにつきましても、お客様都合として対応させていただく場合がございます。
また、生産開始後のキャンセルにつきましては、進行状況に応じたキャンセル費用が発生いたします。
■ 返金処理について
返金処理には、ご利用の決済会社・カード会社の締め日等によりお時間をいただく場合がございます。
返金タイミングに伴うクレジットカードの引き落とし、残高不足、手数料等につきまして、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

02 The seat uses S-springs, Lightwave, and urethane, characterized by a firm yet not too hard support that firmly holds your body.
