メーカー都合、天候、物流混雑、通関遅延、社会情勢等の不可抗力により、納期が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
■ ご注文後のキャンセルについて
当店の商品は受注発注商品のため、ご注文完了後のキャンセル・変更は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、メーカー手配状況により、当店およびメーカー双方が対応可能と判断した場合に限り、キャンセルを承る場合がございます。
その際は、発生済み費用等として下記手数料をご負担いただきます。
メーカー正式手配前：ご注文金額の10％
メーカー生産開始後：ご注文金額の50％
なお、製作進行状況によっては、キャンセル自体をお受けできない場合がございます。
■ 納期遅延を理由としたキャンセルについて
納期はあくまで予定となり、確約ではございません。
そのため、「入居日に間に合わない」「使用予定日に間に合わない」等の理由によるキャンセルにつきましても、お客様都合として対応させていただく場合がございます。
また、生産開始後のキャンセルにつきましては、進行状況に応じたキャンセル費用が発生いたします。
■ 返金処理について
返金処理には、ご利用の決済会社・カード会社の締め日等によりお時間をいただく場合がございます。
返金タイミングに伴うクレジットカードの引き落とし、残高不足、手数料等につきまして、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
ご注文完了時点で、上記内容に同意いただいたものとしてお取引を進行させていただきます。
