During the summer holidays, we will suspend telephone and email support, as well as order shipping processes.

■Regarding pre-holiday orders and shipping scheduleOrders placed during the holidays will be processed sequentially starting from August 18 (Mon) after the holidays.

Due to the suspension of main transportation lines by some delivery companies, even if you specify a delivery date for your order, we may not be able to meet it.

Additionally, during the holidays, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, so we would appreciate it if you could allow for a generous delivery timeframe.
